Mobile Phlebotomist

Location: Corbin, Kentucky, with travel to patients' homes throughout the assigned service area

Salary: $24–$28 per hour

What you will do

• Travel to patients' homes and provide blood draws, vital measurements, height and weight assessments, urine collection, Annual Wellness Visit support, and other preventive and diagnostic services.
• Use advanced phlebotomy skills to perform comfortable and reliable blood draws, including challenging sticks.
• Create a warm, professional patient experience in a variety of home environments.
• Label, handle, document, and transport specimens for laboratory drop-off or shipment.
• Manage schedules, supplies, equipment, and patient visits independently while spending significant time on the road.
• Record patient visits using company technology, electronic health records, telehealth platforms, and other digital tools.

Requirements

• Strong phlebotomy skills and patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant, LPN, or LVN; home healthcare experience is preferred.
• Current BLS certification and the ability to meet applicable state-specific certification or licensing requirements.
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., including the ability to drive before 7:00 a.m.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, drive for prolonged periods, and safely navigate stairs and varied patient home environments.
• Proficiency with Apple iPhones and iPads and the ability to learn healthcare and digital documentation tools independently.
