Medical Assistant

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States. Full-time, onsite clinic role, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch and no weekends, nights, holidays, or on-call duties.

What you will do

• Greet and room patients while creating a welcoming, patient-focused experience.
• Measure and document vital signs, patient history, and clinical information.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist providers during patient visits.
• Perform phlebotomy and collect blood and urine samples.
• Support front-office and administrative clinic functions.
• Maintain accurate documentation, follow clinical workflows, and provide compassionate customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current BLS certification.
• Completion of a formal Medical Assistant program with at least 2 years of recent experience, or at least 3 years of recent Medical Assistant experience gained through on-the-job training.
• Relevant military medic experience may also qualify.
• Strong patient care, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-centered clinical environment.

Nice to have

• Phlebotomy experience.
