Title Producer, Content Localization (UCAN Scripted Series & Documentary)

Annual salary: $132,000–$220,000, with the option to allocate compensation between salary and stock options.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end localization lifecycle for assigned scripted series and documentary titles from kickoff through global launch.
• Coordinate dubbing, subtitling, SDH, audio description, metadata, main and episodic titles, forced narratives, and marketing assets.
• Manage language strategy, vendor selection, bids, budgets, schedules, source materials, and asset delivery.
• Partner with Content, Post, Marketing, Launch Management, Language Producers, and external localization partners.
• Track quality, risks, timelines, and operational issues while ensuring launch readiness and regional authenticity.
• Improve workflows through metrics analysis, automation, new practices, and support for emerging media formats.

Requirements

• 5–7 or more years of localization experience in a high-demand, fast-paced environment, ideally in entertainment.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects and high-volume content pipelines, day-and-date workflows, or emerging content formats.
• Strong systems thinking, strategic problem-solving, analytical skills, and a data-driven approach to process optimization.
• Ability to manage several projects across development, production, and delivery while making independent decisions and escalating issues appropriately.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across creative, operational, technical, and product teams.
• Fluency in English is required.
