Audio Localization Planning Coordinator

Location: Remote in Canada

Salary: CAD 30,000–37,000 gross per year

What you will do

• Organize daily and weekly recording schedules for internal and external studios.
• Book voice talents, Artistic Directors, Sound Operators, recording rooms, and external studios.
• Confirm resources and materials, allocate studios efficiently, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Coordinate communication between talents, production teams, project managers, technical staff, vendors, and studios.
• Track cancellations, reschedules, pickups, retakes, costs, confirmations, and project recording status.
• Maintain booking guidelines, documentation, contracts, NDAs, agreements, and vendor records while supporting process improvements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in production coordination, booking, planning, casting, dubbing, audiovisual production, localization, or a related area.
• Strong ability to organize and manage multiple schedules simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace, Excel or Sheets, shared calendars, and operational trackers.
• Ability to adapt to changing workflows and tools, work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with dubbing, game localization, voice-over, or audio post-production.
• Understanding of recording studio workflows.
• Experience with contracts, NDAs, freelancer payments, or vendor documentation.
• Familiarity with file-transfer and material-tracking workflows.
• Spanish language skills or familiarity with the video games market.
