Project - Localization Manager (Digital Media)

Location: Glendale, California; Distribution Operations team in Burbank, California

Salary: $95,600–$116,800 per year, plus possible bonus, long-term incentive units, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage artwork and metadata localization workstreams for entertainment and sports content delivered through Disney Streaming.
• Validate localization readiness, coordinate asset preparation, and align delivery orders with internal teams, vendors, dubbing studios, and territory offices.
• Communicate project and title updates, delivery timelines, risks, and overall project health to internal and external partners.
• Collaborate with product and platform technology teams to support content delivery systems.
• Create and improve standard operating procedures, validate invoices, and develop statistical metrics for senior management.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues, perform root cause analysis, identify recurring patterns, and recommend practical solutions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience managing content localization workflows.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in localization.
• Extensive knowledge of localization workflows in the entertainment industry and international territory or market experience.
• Strong organization, multitasking, communication, customer service, diplomacy, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.

Nice to have

• Digital media and distribution experience.
• Exposure to developing and implementing ISO 9000 strategies.
