Talent Acquisition Partner (Cloud Security)

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and other organizational roles, from sourcing through closing.
• Source candidates proactively using professional networks, direct outreach, recruiting platforms, and AI-assisted tools.
• Manage a high-touch candidate experience through clear communication and close process coordination.
• Activate referrals, employee networks, and internal connections as ongoing talent sources.
• Collaborate with recruiters across Israel, EMEA, and APJ.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle GTM recruiting, including sourcing, screening, process management, and closing.
• Established professional network with relationships that produce direct engagement.
• Relationship-first recruiting approach focused on quality placements rather than high-volume hiring.
• Fluency with AI-assisted sourcing tools and modern recruiting technology.
• Ability to work remotely from the UK.

Nice to have

• Professional community or industry-network experience that built a strong candidate network.
• External recruiter or headhunter experience with network-based placements.
• Familiarity with the EMEA and UK recruiting landscape.
