TL;DR
Talent Acquisition Partner, EMEA (Cybersecurity): Managing full-cycle recruitment across EMEA, APAC, ANZ, and other regions with an accent on international sourcing, candidate screening, stakeholder partnership, and regionally relevant hiring processes. Focus on coordinating recruitment across multiple time zones, advising on regional talent markets, and improving global recruiting workflows.
Location: Must permanently reside in Ireland. Hybrid work is available for candidates within commuting distance of the Cork office; fully remote work is available for candidates living outside commuting distance.

What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across EMEA, APAC, ANZ, and other regions, with additional support for NorAM hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to define staffing needs, requirements, and recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, interview, assess, and coordinate candidates across multiple international markets and time zones.
- Advise hiring managers on candidate selection, regional talent markets, offer negotiation, and locally appropriate hiring practices.
- Coordinate onboarding handoffs, new-hire check-ins, and candidate experience feedback.
- Maintain applicant tracking records, recruitment reporting, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 1 year of technical and/or sales recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting across EMEA and APAC; ANZ experience is preferred.
- Experience supporting geographically distributed teams and working across international markets and time zones.
- Experience with applicant tracking and recruitment software, including Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, relationship-building, and confidential information-handling skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in the technology or cybersecurity industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ANZ recruiting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Google Suite.
