Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own GTM searches end-to-end, including profile definition, hiring strategy, sourcing, offers, and closing.
• Partner with executives and GTM leaders to understand priorities, anticipate talent needs, and shape hiring plans.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and creative outreach.
• Create a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience from first interaction through close.
• Use recruiting funnel data to identify gaps and improve hiring processes.
• Build recruiting practices, tools, and ways of working as the organization scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or technology company.
• Strong experience recruiting for GTM roles, including Sales, Marketing, and other customer-facing teams.
• Experience partnering directly with executives and senior leaders on critical hires.
• Exceptional sourcing skills and experience engaging hard-to-reach talent.
• Strong business judgment, communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven recruiting skills.
• Hands-on, high-ownership builder mindset with the ability to create processes and execute them.
