Client Onboarding Consultant (Healthcare Revenue Cycle)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $52,522–$91,038 annually, plus variable pay opportunity

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end client implementation and onboarding projects independently.
• Support onboarding projects across multiple focus areas and contribute to special projects.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend scalable improvements using automation and AI.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for complex onboarding tasks and projects.
• Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing to team members in collaboration with leadership.
• Complete complex tasks independently while maintaining accountability and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in implementation, client onboarding, project coordination, or project management.
• Experience with healthcare revenue cycle, or equivalent onboarding or implementation experience in healthcare, financial services, or related environments.
• Experience using automation and AI to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Must be located in the United States for this remote role.
