Product Manager - Identity

Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom; 60% of the week is spent collaborating at office locations or local sites, with the remainder remote.

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for identity data foundations serving tens of millions of customer accounts across five markets.
• Work with engineering on legacy-to-modern migrations and large-scale data system design.
• Improve the quality, reliability, scalability, and resilience of identity platform systems.
• Prioritise technical debt and technology upgrades during sprint planning.
• Translate between technical and non-technical audiences and make decisions across competing trade-offs.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of product management experience in an agile environment.
• Strong exposure to APIs and enterprise systems, with an understanding of complex technical estates.
• Experience building quality systems at scale and delivering modernisation or migration projects.
• Technical fluency sufficient to participate in engineering discussions, understand solution context, and assess delivery complexity.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, persuasion, decision-making, and prioritisation skills.
