Product Manager - Cash Transformation (18 Months Fixed Term Contract)

Location: Welwyn Garden City, UK; hybrid working with 60% of the week at office locations or local sites and the remainder remotely

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap and investment priorities for Cash Transformation and Cash Services across hirify.global stores.
• Partner with Store Operations, Finance, Treasury, Security, Technology, Engineering, Architecture, Data and supplier teams to deliver integrated cash management solutions.
• Develop products covering cash office operations, cash visibility, forecasting, Cash-In-Transit integrations and future cash transformation capabilities.
• Manage user stories, product backlogs, acceptance criteria, release planning, sprint planning and prioritisation with engineering teams.
• Lead discovery, experimentation and MVP validation while monitoring adoption, service availability, operational efficiency, cost reduction and shrink reduction.
• Present roadmaps, business cases, KPIs and outcomes to senior leadership and governance forums, while coaching Associate Product Managers and peers.

Requirements

• Experience managing product vision, strategy, roadmaps, backlogs and delivery in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Security, Finance, suppliers and external partners.
• Strong understanding of Agile product management, structured prioritisation, discovery, MVP definition and experimentation.
• Ability to use qualitative and quantitative research, data, OKRs, KPIs, business cases and commercial metrics to guide decisions.
• Experience delivering technology products involving multiple teams, systems, governance, audit, compliance and investment processes.
• Ability to work in the hybrid arrangement based around Welwyn Garden City and hirify.global office or local sites.
