What you will do
- Shape the strategic direction and roadmap for the Investments technology platform.
- Translate business outcomes, user needs, and front-office requirements into product solutions.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define requirements, solution designs, and target end states.
- Prioritise the platform backlog and communicate product value, outcomes, and trade-offs.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, research, operations, and technology teams to solve business problems.
- Guide cross-functional teams, define minimum viable products, and promote reusable platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Experience in asset management, investment management, or institutional investments with front-office exposure.
- Strong understanding of investment operating models and front-to-back trade lifecycle processes.
- Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst in a product-focused environment.
- Experience gathering requirements, shaping roadmaps, and delivering software that creates business value.
- Knowledge of portfolio management, trading, research, analytics, or investment operations.
- Technical background with experience working with architects, developers, and cross-functional delivery teams; SQL, APIs, data platforms, AI-enabled products, or modern analytics tools are relevant.
