Technical Product Manager

Location: London - 22 Bishopsgate; hybrid working

What you will do

• Define and maintain the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Core Trading Platforms value stream.
• Own the end-to-end platform product lifecycle from discovery and delivery through optimisation.
• Prioritise initiatives using business value, risk, data, customer insight, and platform adoption needs.
• Manage risks, dependencies, trade-offs, investment, and alignment across a complex technology landscape.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Data, Operations, Change, Architecture, and business stakeholders.
• Coach Product Owners and delivery teams while enabling reusable, reliable, scalable, and secure platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Strong product management experience, including product vision, strategy, and roadmap definition.
• Experience owning products, platforms, or value streams end to end.
• Experience working with Technology, Data, Operations, Change, and other cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complexity, dependencies, competing priorities, risks, and trade-offs.
• Analytical, coaching, and product lifecycle management skills from discovery through optimisation.
