Operations Program Manager (6 months FTC)

Location: Site-based onsite role in Wolverhampton, United Kingdom

hirify.global Aircraft Group develops and delivers aerospace hardware and supports complex New Product Introduction and Entry Into Service programs.

What you will do

• Create and maintain hardware delivery plans covering drawings, work instructions, supplier prove-outs, and first article inspections.
• Coordinate hardware activities across program management, engineering, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, quality, planning, and operations.
• Chair cross-functional delivery meetings, monitor progress, and escalate blocking issues to program and site leadership.
• Monitor manufacturing readiness and recommend improvements to capital planning, industrialization, and producibility.
• Lead capital equipment procurement, manage government-owned property controls, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with product engineering and facilities teams on stable build processes, new work areas, takt-time analysis, and cycle-time development.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in a technical or business-related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in program or project management, engineering, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, quality engineering, or operations.
• Experience in project management and lean principles is highly desired.
• Availability to work onsite at the Wolverhampton site is required.
• Commitment to a 6-month fixed-term contract.
