What you will do
- Lead and govern multiple interconnected programmes aligned with Western Europe Vision Care priorities.
- Build integrated plans covering timelines, dependencies, resources, budgets, vendors, risks, and executive reporting.
- Drive portfolio optimisation, pricing and margin effectiveness, channel strategy, and gross-profit improvement.
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps with sequenced initiatives, dependencies, resource requirements, and value tracking.
- Lead CRM, ERP, digital ecosystem, commercial process, and business model transformation initiatives.
- Influence senior stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Compliance, and regional leadership.
Requirements
- Strong programme and portfolio management experience in complex, matrix organisations.
- Experience delivering portfolio optimisation, commercial performance improvement, strategic roadmaps, and multi-year transformation programmes.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, ownership, problem-solving, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamics, ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, and digital transformation.
- Knowledge of commercial, financial, and supply chain processes.
- Experience with programme and project methodologies such as FPX, Agile, or PMBOK.
