Finance Business Partner Tours Site (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: Tours, France; hybrid work with remote work up to 2 days per week

Salary: €76,000–€101,333 per year, plus short-term and collective variable compensation

What you will do

• Provide accurate financial analysis and reporting aligned with corporate objectives and Group standards.
• Partner with operational leaders, challenge assumptions, and support performance-focused decisions.
• Lead Budgets, Trends, Long Range Plans, forecasts, and site performance monitoring.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Oversee reporting, accounting, financial systems, treasury, and tax activities while minimizing risk.
• Prepare financial analyses for operational, strategic, project, partnership, and investment decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in controlling, financial analysis, or finance business partnering.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to challenge and influence operational leaders.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; fluent English and French required.
