Senior Analyst, Private Markets (NY/UK)

Location: New York, New York; employees are expected to work at least four full days each week in an hirify.global office.

Salary: $165,000–$175,000 annually in New York, including salary and incentive pay.

What you will do

• Lead due diligence on external managers across private credit, private equity, real assets, and listed or leveraged credit strategies.
• Conduct end-to-end manager underwriting, including strategy, team, process, portfolio construction, risk, track record, and attribution analysis.
• Lead meetings with General Partners and maintain ongoing manager relationships.
• Prepare investment recommendations, due diligence reports, investment committee materials, memos, presentations, and client-facing content.
• Present investment views and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support portfolio construction, asset allocation, manager selection, monitoring, performance evaluation, and risk assessment.

Requirements

• Experience in manager research and fund due diligence, private credit, leveraged finance, and/or broader credit investing.
• Ability to independently lead General Partner meetings and diligence processes.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, performance analysis, and risk analysis skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree or CFA is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client interaction skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global team while owning key workstreams.
