Private Equity Capital Call (PECC) Financing Analyst (Fund Finance)

Location: New York, NY, United States; onsite at the New York office

Salary: USD 110,000–125,000 base salary per year, plus potential discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Build and strengthen relationships with sponsors, fund managers, and internal coverage teams.
• Deliver tailored subscription finance solutions aligned with fund strategies and investor compositions.
• Evaluate credit, structural, and economic risks for private equity capital call facilities.
• Analyze fund sponsors, investment strategies, limited partner bases, PPMs, and LPAs across buyout, growth, real estate, infrastructure, and credit funds.
• Lead structuring discussions and negotiate indicative term sheets and credit agreement provisions with borrowers and legal counsel.
• Prepare credit approvals and monitor covenants, collateral performance, borrowing bases, documentation, and policy compliance.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in fund finance underwriting or structuring, or related credit roles.
• Advanced financial modeling and financial analysis skills.
• Strong understanding of fund structures and LP-backed underwriting frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
• Series SIE, Series 7, Series 63, and Series 79 licenses required, or must be obtained within four months of joining.
• Must be based in New York, NY, United States for this office-based role.
