Private Equity Valuations & Analytics, Associate

Expected annual base salary: $110,000–$150,000

What you will do

• Prepare and review valuation models, presentations, and ad hoc analytical deliverables for the Private Equity group.
• Update quarterly valuation templates, including discounted cash flow, performance multiple, and other valuation models.
• Apply valuation methodologies in line with hirify.global’s valuation policy and external guidance.
• Support onboarding of new portfolio investments and maintain appropriate data collection procedures.
• Respond to auditor inquiries and coordinate valuation reviews with third-party valuation firms.
• Improve valuation and reporting processes, develop presentation materials, and communicate results to internal committees, auditors, and limited partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in valuations, transaction services, private equity, consulting, or a relevant analytical role.
• Thorough understanding of ASC 820 and valuation approaches including income, market, yield analysis, OPM, contingent claims, and PWERM.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
