Commercial Manager (Fintech)

Location: Edinburgh, United Kingdom; hybrid working with 2–3 days per week onsite at 2 South Gyle Crescent.

Salary: Up to £54,600 per year, plus annual bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Drive revenue growth across in-store channels through commercial analysis, forecasting, and performance optimization.
• Own financial planning and performance management for the ATM value stream, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L support.
• Deliver data-driven insights and market intelligence for strategic decision-making and growth identification.
• Develop business cases and lead initiatives that improve profitability, customer propositions, and overall business performance.
• Build stakeholder relationships across Finance and the wider business, providing leadership through people and matrix management.
• Upload, validate, and maintain supplier data within commercial models.

Requirements

• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and revenue growth.
• Advanced analytical skills, including Excel modeling and Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience building business cases and using data for strategic decision-making.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Technology, and external partners.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities that improve business performance, customer outcomes, and profitability.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, payments, banking, or another regulated commercial environment.
