Commercial Finance Analyst Corporate and Consumer

Location: London, with a hybrid working approach requiring 3 days a week onsite at the Osterley campus

What you will do

• Partner with management as a trusted finance advisor, providing challenge and support.
• Deliver analysis, reporting, financial insight, and mentorship based on monthly results.
• Prepare recommendations for commercial deals, business decisions, investment appraisals, and business cases.
• Own budgeting, rolling forecasts, and strategic long-range planning processes.
• Manage financial risks and opportunities while maintaining clear and accurate reporting.
• Mentor and coach junior finance team members, including graduates.

Requirements

• ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• A 2:1 degree or equivalent.
• Experience delivering financial analysis, insight, and recommendations in industry or practice.
• Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel, and detailed knowledge of financial data.
• Ability to work at pace, handle ambiguity, support decision-making, and maintain a strong financial control environment.
• Strong communication and business partnering or client relationship management skills.
