What you will do

• Manage the commercial aspects of major supplier contracts and ensure all regulatory and key control requirements are met.
• Validate supplier charges, challenge invoices, and manage the cost validation and forecasting cycle.
• Provide analytical reporting and market insights to identify commercial risks and opportunities.
• Lead and coordinate formal supplier commercial governance, including preparing materials for executive-level meetings.
• Implement AI tools where appropriate to improve operational efficiencies.
• Independently manage smaller project initiatives and specific contract aspects.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in England
• Working knowledge of financial modelling and analytical tools, including AI.
• Strong understanding of contract management principles and practice.
• Experience providing analytical support within complex business environments.
• Experience working in a commercial or regulatory environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of commercial negotiation techniques and contract law.
• Experience with third-party supplier or outsource arrangements.
• Relevant industry experience in Financial Services.
• Degree or professional qualifications such as CIMA, Prince2, or IACCM.
