Focus on leading Product Managers, defining OKRs and roadmaps, integrating AI and machine learning, and coordinating complex technology systems and fulfilment operations.
Location: Welwyn Garden City, United Kingdom; hybrid work with three office days per week and travel to stores and fulfilment centres.

What you will do
- Set the strategic direction, product vision, and long-term roadmap for Customer Fulfilment Automation.
- Represent the product with senior leadership and manage performance, adoption, metrics, and OKRs.
- Understand user personas, customer needs, stakeholder priorities, and research insights.
- Prioritise work, resolve trade-offs, and coordinate the delivery of requirements, sprints, releases, and live-product issues.
- Partner with engineering, data science, optimisation, and cross-functional teams to deliver experiments and product improvements.
- Build, empower, and develop a team of Product Managers while removing impediments and managing delivery risks.
Requirements
- Experienced Product Manager with Customer Fulfilment Automation experience.
- Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles, customer research, experimentation, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
- Experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, OKRs, and data-informed prioritisation.
- Understanding of large-scale technology systems, data platforms, uptime, SLOs, response times, scalability, availability, performance, and security.
- Knowledge of Agile product delivery, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint planning, and incremental delivery.
- Ability to work in the office three days per week and travel to stores and fulfilment centres.
Nice to have
- Experience applying artificial intelligence and machine learning with data scientists and engineers.
- Experience leading and developing Product Managers.
