Product Manager - eCommerce Search & Discovery (AI)

What you will do

• Own the web and app roadmap, backlog, and delivery for search and product discovery.
• Lead customer-facing experiences across search results, product listing pages, filtering, sorting, and navigation.
• Drive the evolution from keyword search toward AI-assisted and conversational product discovery.
• Monitor platform KPIs and customer behavior, optimizing performance, stability, and commercial effectiveness during peak trading.
• Manage search and discovery technology partners, including vendor evaluations, proofs of concept, and scalability testing.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, UX, Trading, Web Analytics, International teams, and senior digital leadership.

Requirements

• Proven digital product management experience leading complex backlogs and agile delivery in high-scale eCommerce, retail, or marketplace environments.
• Deep knowledge of search and discovery, including product listing pages, navigation, filtering, search merchandising, semantic search, and AI or conversational journeys.
• Hands-on experience with third-party search, personalization, or experimentation platforms such as Bloomreach, Algolia, Coveo, or Constructor.
• Strong A/B testing, web analytics, commercial, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management across engineering, UX, data science, trading, and senior leadership.
• Strategic leadership experience, including setting product vision and driving business-wide digital change.
