Supply Chain Planning Engineer (PFEP Engineer) (Warehouse Automation/Supply Chain): Optimizing warehouse storage, material replenishment, and automated supply chain solutions in Wuxi with an accent on PFEP planning, inventory utilization, and data-driven performance improvement. Focus on managing warehouse automation projects, developing vertical warehouse systems and AGVs, and analyzing benchmarks and operational data to build more cost-effective supply chains.

What you will do

Optimize internal warehouse storage and material replenishment flows.
Manage warehouse automation projects and develop intelligent supply chain solutions, including vertical warehouse systems, AGVs, and automated tooling equipment.
Identify, define, and implement integrated supply chain improvements that enhance performance and reduce costs.
Build partnerships with suppliers, business partners, and internal functions to establish effective supply chain practices.
Research industry benchmarks, metrics, and best practices for suppliers and product sets.
Analyze operational data to prioritize opportunities, improve inventory utilization, and strengthen business partnerships.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above; Mechanical or Automation is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in PFEP warehouse planning and material replenishment planning.
Experience with intelligent warehouse development, such as AGVs, vertical warehouses, or automated supply chains, is a plus.
Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, and similar digital tools.
Good English communication skills are preferred.
