Sr Inventory Control Assoc (Clinical Research)

Location: Beijing, China; onsite warehouse role

What you will do

• Receive deliveries, complete quality checks, record receipts, store materials, and distribute stock as required.
• Maintain organized warehouse shelves, rotate stock by date, monitor expired or non-moving inventory, and follow discard procedures.
• Record stock movements and issues, maintain accurate inventory data, and operate inventory control systems.
• Monitor minimum and reorder levels, place and follow up on purchase orders, and coordinate supplier and internal department issues.
• Prepare interlaboratory shipments, manage returned kits, and coordinate material requisitions for laboratory areas.
• Lead and coordinate team activities, train new employees, participate in cycle counts, and deputize for other stock controllers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Good PC skills, including Excel and Word.
• Effective leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate forklifts and obtain the applicable certification.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, clients, suppliers, Purchasing, Finance, and laboratory departments.
