Production Planer

Location: Tianjin, China; onsite at the manufacturing facility

What you will do

• Analyze production capacity and workload against current orders and business targets.
• Develop and maintain production and material plans to support customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
• Determine delivery schedules and issue production orders based on customer needs, equipment availability, and workforce capacity.
• Adjust plans and coordinate with stakeholders when delays or urgent issues affect delivery commitments.
• Prepare planning reports, identify risks, forecast trends, and recommend improvement actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; Mechanical Engineering is advantageous.
• At least 3 years of experience in production planning or a related function in manufacturing or operations.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Experience with digital tools or planning software is advantageous.
