Demand Planner - ACP

What you will do

• Develop monthly unconstrained demand plans for volume and revenue across a 24-month IBP planning horizon.
• Improve demand forecasts through collaboration with Commercial, Supply, Customer Service, and other stakeholders.
• Generate demand scenarios, monitor forecast performance, and identify root causes of underperformance.
• Audit demand data quality and maintain forecast inputs, including samples, R&D products, and forecast-item lifecycle changes.
• Support weekly Demand/Supply Reconciliation meetings by identifying supply-plan issues, forecast consumption deviations, abnormal demand, and supply disruptions.
• Prepare Demand Reviews, document assumptions, support the five-year forecast, and facilitate issues related to Multi View Forecasting tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or another undergraduate degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning or Supply Planning.
• 3–5 years of experience in field sales, account management, VMI, DRP, finished goods planning, Customer Service, or Marketing.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, prioritization, root-cause problem solving, and visual-controls experience.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Commercial, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams.
• OMP certification is required and may be obtained while in the role.

• IBF Advanced Professional Forecaster Modules 4, 5, and 6.
• ASCM CPIM certification.
• Institute of Business Forecasting Certified Professional Forecaster training, Modules 1, 2, and 3.
