On-Site Coordinator (Worksop Area)

What you will do

• Conduct daily candidate interviews and provide a professional candidate experience.
• Plan and manage large group interview and induction sessions.
• Complete onboarding documentation accurately and in line with compliance requirements.
• Book confirmed workers onto start dates and coordinate shift and site allocation logistics.
• Support candidates and workers on-site during the peak recruitment period.
• Work with recruitment and operations teams to meet staffing targets and escalate delays or compliance concerns.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, or a similar coordination role is desirable but not essential.
• Clear, confident communication with individuals and large groups.
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Ability to remain composed and maintain attention to detail during busy, high-volume periods.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving recruitment environment.
