Insight Analytics Manager

Location: Welwyn Garden City, United Kingdom; hybrid, with 60% of the week spent at office locations or local sites and the rest remotely.

What you will do

• Combine survey, behavioural, and customer data to generate actionable insights and support research design.
• Analyse panellist recruitment, engagement, response, and lapse drivers using advanced analytical techniques.
• Monitor panel health and guide sample targeting, panel usage, and survey invitation distribution.
• Develop dashboards, automated reporting, reusable SQL templates, and scalable analytical tools.
• Improve panel data processes and translate analysis into practical recommendations for Home Panel and Research teams.
• Act as the analytical steward for Home Panel data, reviewing datasets, processes, and system outputs for quality and consistency.

Requirements

• Strong experience in customer, behavioural, CRM, or panel analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with Python, R, Alteryx, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience applying statistical, predictive, or diagnostic analytical techniques.
• Understanding of quantitative research methodologies, including sampling.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
