What you will do
- Own and lead the Advanced Analytics roadmap for your business area to maximize commercial value.
- Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Oversee a portfolio of complex, high-impact analytical initiatives to build best-in-class capabilities.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate analytical insights into strategic business actions.
- Collaborate across the wider analytics community to drive best practices and unlock data value.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience leading analytics teams in a commercial environment.
- Advanced SQL skills for analyzing large-scale customer and behavioral data.
- Expertise in statistical, predictive, and AI-enabled techniques.
- Proven ability to influence decisions at Director level and above.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking to solve complex business problems.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Experience in subscription, media, telecommunications, or other consumer-facing businesses.
