Maintenance Technician

Location: Northamptonshire, United Kingdom; field-based maintenance across hirify.global sites.

hirify.global Property Maintenance provides maintenance and engineering services for hirify.global and One Stop stores, distribution centres, banks, and head offices across the UK.

What you will do

• Maintain safe, functioning environments across hirify.global sites for customers and colleagues.
• Complete planned work schedules and support first-time fixes.
• Carry out general day-to-day store and property maintenance.
• Coordinate external contractors and repairs while minimizing customer disruption.
• Use phones and tablets to view schedules, manage emails, and provide work updates.
• Attend local and national meetings, share best practices, and support an inclusive workplace.

Requirements

• Previous experience in maintenance, engineering, or construction.
• ONC or equivalent qualification.
• Full driving licence.
• Health and safety awareness.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Digital confidence, including tablet use and Office 365 knowledge.
