Maintenance & Facilities Coordinator

What you will do

• Coordinate installation, repair, breakdown response, and planned maintenance for machinery and equipment.
• Maintain plant facilities, including security, safety, service agreements, and general upkeep.
• Direct electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance activities and ensure team competency.
• Develop and continuously improve the plant maintenance strategy and plan in line with equipment and JIT manufacturing practices.
• Coordinate safe systems of work, shutdown plans, statutory maintenance routines, and spares strategy.
• Plan maintenance resources, track KPIs, manage monthly budgets and capital expenditure, and support plant and system changes.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating maintenance activities for industrial machinery and equipment.
• Ability to support electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of plant safety, statutory maintenance, safe standards of work, and legislative compliance.
• Experience with maintenance planning, resource coordination, budgets, and capital expenditure.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, including 5S and Visual Management.
