Shipping/Receiving Administrator (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Franklin, New Hampshire, United States. First shift is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with overtime as needed at the beginning of the shift.

What you will do

• Prepare shipping documents, invoices, bills of lading, packing slips, proof-of-delivery documents, and paperwork for returned materials.
• Process orders and sales paperwork, resolve internal data-entry issues, and support the release and expediting of past-due orders.
• Prepare export documentation and obtain required shipment dimensions and records.
• Monitor inventory allocation and shipping reports to support inventory accuracy and material requirements.
• Coordinate with customer service, transportation coordinators, trucking companies, other departments, and plants to arrange pickups and resolve shipment issues.
• Trace lost shipments, report shortages or overages, file carrier damage claims, and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of related administrative experience.
• Proficient math skills and basic computer skills for transaction processing.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing facility in Franklin, New Hampshire.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move around the manufacturing floor, and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
