Shipping & Receiving Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location: Fontana, California, United States; onsite

What you will do

• Load and unload deliveries using forklifts, dollies, and hand trucks while following safety procedures.
• Verify shipment quantities and quality, report discrepancies, and refuse nonconforming deliveries when required.
• Stage received materials and outgoing products in designated warehouse areas.
• Create shipping and receiving receipts and maintain inventory records and billing documentation.
• Prepare products and bills of lading for carrier pickup and make customer deliveries in a box truck as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or a related field.
• Valid California Class C driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management procedures, with accurate sorting, counting, and verification skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or inventory software.
• Ability to operate forklifts and scissor lifts and perform physical warehouse work, including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 35 pounds.
