Marketing Manager (Clubcard)

Location: Welwyn Garden City, UK; hybrid working with 60% of the week at office locations or local sites and the remainder remotely

What you will do

• Translate Clubcard strategy and business priorities into customer-focused communication strategies and plans.
• Lead proposition development and the delivery of integrated, multi-channel campaigns across UK Marketing.
• Use customer, behavioural, and commercial insights to improve communication relevance, effectiveness, and efficiency.
• Champion personalization and data-driven communications across the customer journey.
• Manage marketing channels, agency partners, budgets, and campaign delivery.
• Collaborate with Clubcard, Technology, Customer, Data, CRM, Channel, and agency teams.

Requirements

• Experience translating business objectives into customer-focused communication strategies and plans.
• Strong marketing planning, campaign management, and retail operations expertise.
• Experience using customer and commercial data to optimize communications and performance.
• Strong communication, influencing, presentation, stakeholder management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with regular collaboration at office locations or local sites.
