Senior Marketing Manager (Fintech)

Location: London, UK; hybrid office-based and home working

Salary: £78,000–£98,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Lead tactical alpha, beta, and mass-market launch rollouts for Business Banking in new EU markets.
• Build and execute integrated marketing plans across digital, social, traditional media, CRM, websites, creative, and communications.
• Coordinate central Product and Marketing teams with local country Marketing Leads.
• Manage creative and media agencies and maintain consistent brand messaging across local markets.
• Work with data teams to report on key metrics and turn insights into actions.
• Ensure marketing activity complies with the regulatory landscape in Italy.

Requirements

• Proven experience launching products or entering new markets.
• Experience owning medium-sized cross-functional projects and delivering measurable results.
• Hands-on experience executing campaigns, building websites, and configuring CRM journeys.
• Ability to solve ambiguous business or customer problems in complex, fast-moving environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and accountability for business outcomes.
• Ability to work from the London office in a hybrid arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology or finance products for sole traders or small and medium-sized businesses.
