Online Operations Co-Ordinator (E-commerce)

One Stop operates as part of the Tesco Group, combining large-organisation resources with a local convenience-store focus.

What you will do

• Support Operations Managers with KPI reporting, store and area performance analysis, and improvement actions.
• Provide second- and third-line support for company-owned and franchise stores, including online process improvements.
• Process online refunds and shrinkage, raise third-party claims, and investigate poor performance.
• Coordinate project actions through Trello and email, and manage online-team invoicing and purchase orders.
• Run daily and weekly order checks, investigate exceptions, and communicate with stores and third-party partners.
• Manage online store onboarding and offboarding, Zendesk queries, supplier coordination, and equipment break-fix support.

Requirements

• Strong time management, planning, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to follow instructions.
• Previous store, operations, or administration experience is preferable.
• Experience or understanding of Q-commerce or e-commerce.

Nice to have

• Project management experience.
