Sales Representative (Homebuilding)

Location: United States implied by US-specific employment benefits and hirify.global's US homebuilding business; regular outdoor and field-based duties required.

Commission-based compensation: $100,000–$300,000 per year for successful representatives meeting targets.

What you will do

• Support residential sales activities and work toward sales targets.
• Use DRH Sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
• Communicate and interact effectively with customers and other contacts.
• Work across indoor and outdoor environments, including walking on stairs and uneven terrain.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or two years of related experience.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license, with the ability to drive during daytime or nighttime.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours, sit for extended periods, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• State-specific licensing requirements may apply.
