Compensation: $26.78–$31.00 per hour.

What you will do
- Support clients with tailored referrals to healthcare, education, childcare, public benefits, and other community resources.
- Coordinate initial health screenings and school enrollment appointments.
- Adapt culturally appropriate health education materials and coordinate workshops with interns, volunteers, and AmeriCorps participants.
- Build and maintain partnerships with internal programs, community organizations, schools, and service providers.
- Coordinate data entry, reporting, grant compliance, staff meetings, and training activities.
- Promote gender equity, wellness, and access to services for immigrant and refugee families.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in human services, health navigation, education, youth programming, or nonprofit programs strongly preferred.
- Fluent spoken and written English required.
- Strong relationship-building, networking, diplomacy, problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, internet research, and digital data-entry tools.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal, insured vehicle required.
Nice to have
- Experience with immigrant and refugee populations or relevant lived experience.
- Knowledge of Virginia or U.S. public benefits, health, or school systems.
- Spanish, Dari, Farsi, or Pashto proficiency.
