hirify.global provides workforce development services through Job Corps programs that support young people in education, employment, career development, and community participation.

What you will do

• Recruit eligible youth for the Job Corps program through community outreach, agency partnerships, American Job Centers, and public events.
• Conduct applicant orientations and interviews, including parent participation for minors.
• Process applicant files through data entry, document scanning, and electronic filing, and perform quality assurance checks.
• Coordinate with centers on applicant travel arrangements and participate in departmental meetings.
• Assess graduates' and former enrollees' placement readiness and provide referrals and support services.
• Develop employer contacts and support timely placement and retention in quality jobs, military service, education, or training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Four years of experience working with youth aged 16–24.
• Above-average public speaking, verbal, written, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Computer literacy, including internet, email, WordPerfect, or Microsoft Word.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Availability for some evening hours, periodic weekends, and periodic travel.

Nice to have

• 15 semester hours of psychology.
