Software Engineer (AI/Cloud Platform)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid 70/30 work model with 70% of work conducted in the office.

What you will do

• Build and maintain developer tooling, including AI agents, generators, libraries, templates, CLIs, and internal services.
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines for fast, safe, and reliable production delivery.
• Develop and operate secure, repeatable AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Support shared platform services, application environments, deployment workflows, and operational readiness.
• Enable AI-assisted development and improve developer experience through integrated tools and automation.
• Partner with application engineers to improve platform reliability, observability, documentation, standards, and adoption.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Computer Science and 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong software engineering skills in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python.
• Hands-on experience building and operating solutions in AWS.
• Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for production systems.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code, software testing, code review, version control, and system design.
• Proficiency in English is required for global collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD platforms.
• Familiarity with containers in cloud environments.
• Experience building internal services, tooling, or frameworks.
• Experience partnering with multiple engineering teams and driving technical adoption.
