Supply Planner Promotions (Retail)

Location: Hybrid, based at Maxted Road, Hemel Hempstead HP2 7DX or Equity House, Wellingborough, NN8 1LT; two office days and three remote days after induction.

What you will do

• Plan and manage the end-to-end flow of promotional and allocated stock into the distribution network, branches, and customers.
• Ensure stock availability for promotional and seasonal events while meeting critical deadlines.
• Manage volume flows from distribution centres and ensure allocations are loaded and released accurately.
• Investigate root causes of late stock availability, escalate issues, and communicate key risks clearly.
• Analyse data, produce reports, and provide recommendations based on findings.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders on trading activities, clearance of promotional lines, and GSCOP compliance.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and proven experience working with large data sets.
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, maintain accurate records, and interpret data.
• Ability to adapt the working approach, learn new technical skills quickly, and work both autonomously and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
