Senior Product Manager (Infrastructure Cloud Platform)

Location: Welwyn Garden City, United Kingdom; hybrid work with 60% of the week spent at office locations or local sites and the remainder remotely

What you will do

• Lead the public cloud platform used by hundreds of teams and thousands of developers.
• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritisation in line with technology and business goals.
• Champion developer experience by understanding platform consumers, user personas, and pain points.
• Drive adoption and performance using OKRs, data, and clear product decisions.
• Translate ideas into user stories with acceptance criteria and lead sprint and release planning with engineering.
• Provide product leadership across cross-functional teams and coach members of the wider product team.

Requirements

• Experience with product lifecycle and delivery approaches.
• Understanding of infrastructure, platforms, public cloud, and developer experience.
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented approach to product management.
• Data-driven decision-making using qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Commercial awareness and an agile mindset focused on incremental value.
• Ability to influence and coach colleagues across disciplines.
