Senior Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own and communicate the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Managed Detection and Response, Endpoint Detection and Response, and Incident Response.
• Define strategic priorities, influence company OKRs, and align product direction with company vision, market opportunities, and customer needs.
• Lead product discovery to understand customer problems and pain points, using data-driven decision-making and continuous experimentation.
• Lead and mentor product managers and junior team members while collaborating with Engineering, Product Design, Security Operations, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, product launches, and market positioning with Product Marketing.
• Manage relationships with EDR vendors and MDR technology providers, and contribute to internal processes, tooling, product culture, and agile methodologies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 4 years in senior or staff-level roles owning end-to-end software product delivery.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or similar environments.
• Deep cybersecurity domain expertise.
• Proven success delivering complex software products in fast-paced environments using product discovery, data-driven decision-making, and agile methodologies.
• Strong business acumen, including go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and the relationship between product, revenue, and customer success.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting complex strategies to technical, commercial, and executive audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfort with ambiguity, and sound decision-making with incomplete information.
• Fluent English.
