Senior Manager, DTC Programme

What you will do

• Lead change impact and readiness assessments across EMEA markets, teams, and functions.
• Develop and execute change, communication, and training plans aligned with programme milestones.
• Act as the primary change contact for operations, customer service, retail, marketing, finance, and regional leadership stakeholders.
• Design communications, standard operating procedures, learning materials, and train-the-trainer approaches for varied user groups and markets.
• Identify adoption risks, collect post-launch feedback, and apply lessons learned to future change waves and roadmap planning.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technology-enabled change, operational readiness, and multi-market or regional change across EMEA.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent change initiatives and leading others.
• Ability to build cross-functional partnerships, adapt communication to varied audiences, and use metrics and milestones for decision-making.
• Experience with agile or hybrid delivery; exposure to ecommerce platforms, payments, logistics, CRM, or retail systems is desirable.
