What you will do

• Run the day-to-day delivery operation and supervise drivers and pickers.
• Lead, motivate, and coordinate a small to medium-sized team to achieve daily targets.
• Plan and coordinate tasks so that deliveries are completed effectively and on time.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures across the delivered department.
• Promote excellent customer service and the company brand through product knowledge and consistent standards.
• Support the Delivery Manager in ensuring vehicles are roadworthy and legally compliant.

Requirements

• Experience supervising a small to medium-sized team in a warehouse or transport environment.
• Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong telephone and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain a safe working environment and report health and safety concerns.
• Management CPC is advantageous.
• The role is based in London and involves delivery, warehouse, and driving-related operations.
