Operations Supervisor (Logistics)

Location: Onsite in Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom

Salary: £16.57 per hour, with premiums for hours worked between 7pm–10pm and 10pm–6am.

What you will do

• Drive team performance against station and hub targets and KPIs.
• Maintain internal and external customer care standards throughout the shift.
• Optimize operational efficiency, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate updates through hub briefings.
• Maintain team and station health and safety standards.
• Manage, train, and develop team members through coaching, delegation, and feedback.

Requirements

• Supervisory skills and experience.
• Ability to engage and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.
• Approachable and adaptable working style.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and delegate a busy workload.
• Availability for a Tuesday–Saturday shift pattern; working hours are to be confirmed.
