Warehouse Supervisor (Logistics)

Location: Weighbridge Rd, Shirebrook, Mansfield, UK; on-site rotation shift pattern, 5 days out of 7 including weekends

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors through line management and regular performance discussions.
• Work with the Section Manager to monitor shift delivery, improve performance, and achieve operational targets.
• Drive warehouse productivity so customer web and store demand is fulfilled on time and in full.
• Maintain high site-safety standards through inspections, hazard spotting, safety routines, risk assessments, and audits.
• Review labour plans, identify coverage issues, and create action plans when daily or weekly targets are missed.
• Support strategic initiatives, culture change, and turnover reduction with the wider Warehouse Leadership team.

Requirements

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong potential for people management and change management.
• Good systems skills and a customer-focused approach to operational management.
• Resilient, flexible, approachable, and able to solve problems in a fast-paced business.
• Availability for a rotating shift pattern covering 5 days out of 7, including weekends.
