What you will do

• Lead and motivate a team of handlers at the Stansted hub.
• Ensure effective shift performance against hub targets and KPIs.
• Maintain high standards of internal and external customer care.
• Produce operational reports and communicate updates through hub briefings.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, security procedures, and company policies.
• Manage, train, and develop team members through coaching, delegation, and feedback.
